  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business days of the order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs, including standard and expedited shipping options.

  • The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • We are doing 1 day shipping with India Post as our partner. Soon, we will be coming with other express shipping options

3. Shipping Locations:​

  • We now ship to pincodes of Hyderabad in 1 day.

  • For rest of India, the shipping will be done in 1-2 days.

4. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method selected.

  • You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

5. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the provided link.

6. Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Presently expected delivery across INDIA is 4 to 5 working days from the order confirmation mail.

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

7. Delivery Confirmation:

  • We require a signature upon delivery for orders above a certain value to ensure the safe receipt of your products.

  • If you are not available to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package.

8. Missing or Damaged Items:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide detailed information and, if possible, photos of the damaged items for prompt assistance.

9. Customs and Import Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders.

  • Vasudha is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processes.
