1. Returns

We accept returns of our fast-moving packaged food products within 7 days of the date of purchase including delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@vasudhafoods.com with details and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
